This summer hasn’t exactly been ‘a dream come true’ in terms of the sunny weather. With the last month being full of rain, this isn’t exactly the summer I expected – perhaps I should be used to this in Britain by now. So, desperate for a proper ‘tropical’ vacation I decided to take the map out and plan myself a well-deserved holiday. Malaga was the perfect destination. The excitement of preparing my seven-day trip has prompted an unexpected revelation regarding transport – renting a car. Once I am there I definitely want to be able to move around Malaga and see the Museo Picasso Málaga, the thousand-year-old Alcazaba, and not to mention Ronda, Nerja and Motril which are all just couple of hours away one from the other, and don’t forget I need to have enough time to enjoy the famous Malaga beach properly.
