Santorini
Arguably one of the most beautiful and recognisable places in Greece, often used for travel guides to Greece. You only have to see a picture of this town to see how beautiful it is; when you are there it will truly leave you mesmerized. Meteora
Known as one of the major gems of Greece, these rock formations that tower over the villages of Kalambaka and Kastraki and have something very special about them, set in amazing landscape, 6 remarkable monasteries exist at the top of these rock formations standing at 1,300 feet. These can be reached by hiking trails that lead you to these amazing structures. The Monasteries were listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and the whole Meteora region was declared a Natura 2000 Ecological Zone by the Greek Ministry of Environment, to protect its Wildlife.
Skiathos
The small beautiful town of Skiathos is home to over 60 different sandy beaches, including the highly rated Koukounaries Beach. Pine tree forests are available to visit in the northern and south-western regions of this island. Skiathos is full of natural beauty, secluded beaches, wonderful cuisine and most of all stunning views of all neighbouring islands.
Navagio Beach
Navagio Beach also known as Shipwreck Bay or Smugglers Cove located on the coast of Zante and is the location of the wreck of the smuggler ship Panagiotis. The cove is defined by its tall limestone cliffs, clear blue water and a white sanded beach. This strip of beach is only accessible by boat from Porto Vromi located in the south and the Harbour of Saint Nikolas in the north-east. No matter how you view this cove it is still a spectacular sight.
Samaria Gorge
The Samaria Gorge is a national park and a major attraction on the island of Crete. A must at this Gorge is to complete a walk from the Omalos plateau to Agia Roumeli on the Libyan Sea. Along your travels in this park you may come across a village that was abandoned in 1962 called Samaria, the walk takes around 5 to seven hours so can be hard especially in the summer time. Without a doubt the most famous part of this park is place know as the Gates or Iron Gates, where the gorge closes into a width of just four metre and sours up to a height of almost 300 metres. It is strictly forbidden to stay overnight in this gorge.
