Hong Kong Flower Show 2011 at Victoria Park - Hong Kong Trip Day 3

Our 1 week Hong Kong trip was short but worth it. We were so lucky to experience the Hong Kong Flower Show presented by the Department of Leisure and Cultural Services at Causeway Bay’s Victoria Park.

The show exhibits beautiful flower arrangements, potted plants and landscape displays of thousands of vividly colored flowers.

This Hong Kong flower show is annually and this year’s the theme flower was Primula and the theme was Symphony of Spring Flowers. We enjoyed floral giant musical instruments and those cute animals in concert.

The entrance to the Hong Kong flower show only cost HK$14. More than 200 organizations from 21 countries showcased exotic flowers, landscape and floral art displays.

The participating countries were Mainland China, Australia, Canada, Estonia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Yes we have an entry from the Philippines which is “Knights of Rizal”.
